Booking your next visit is quick and easy.

Simply create a new account or sign in to your existing account to schedule your appointment online. Our online booking system allows you to select the service, date, time, and provider that best fits your schedule.

Before You Book

Please watch for your appointment confirmation email after completing your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your appointment may not have been successfully booked.

Booking a Couple's Massage?
Please reserve two separate appointments to ensure both guests are properly scheduled.

Spa Parties

Planning a relaxing spa day with friends or family? For spa parties of four or more guests, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of each scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and we appreciate your consideration of our team and other guests.

As a courtesy, we will send an appointment reminder by phone, text message, and/or email one to two days before your scheduled visit. Even if we are unable to reach you directly, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment.

To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations for Dr. Southern appointments will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• Guests arriving late may receive a shortened service to avoid delaying the next scheduled guest. The service will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply.
