Booking your next visit is quick and easy!

Simply create a new account or sign in to your existing account to schedule your appointment online. Our online booking system allows you to choose the date, time, and service provider that best fits your schedule.

Before You Book

• Please watch for your appointment confirmation email after completing your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment may not have been successfully booked.

• Booking a Couple's Massage? Please reserve two separate appointments to ensure both guests are scheduled.

Payment Options

We gladly accept:

• Major credit cards

• Cash

• Personal checks with a valid ID

Please Note: We do not accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express gift cards.

When reserving your appointment with a credit card, you may notice a temporary authorization (pending charge). This is not a final charge and will automatically be removed after your appointment has been completed and checked out.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

As a courtesy, we will send a reminder by phone, text message, and/or email one to two days before your appointment. Even if we are unable to reach you directly, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment.

To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations for Dr. Southern appointments will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• Guests arriving late may receive a shortened service so that the next scheduled appointment is not delayed. Services will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply.

Spa Parties

Spa parties of four or more guests require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of each scheduled service.
